You can transfer your current number to us for free anytime, so long as your number is still active.
Just ended your contract? Your previous provider should give you your PAC over the phone (right away) or within two hours by text. Your PAC is valid for 30 days. After that, it expires. But don’t worry, you can always request a new one.
If you want to use an old number or your number is no longer active, then your previous provider may allow you to reconnect for a short period of time in order to provide you with your PAC code. Give them a call to check.
To complete the transfer all you need to do is call us on 01604 266 466 and give it to one of our Customer Care Team and we will take care of the rest.
