How do I transfer my number?

You can transfer your current number to us for free anytime, so long as your number is still active.

Here’s how:

  • Contact your current provider and ask for a PAC code,
  • Or text ‘PAC’ for free to 65075.

To receive your PAC code you need to contact your previous provider. They should give you your PAC over the phone (right away) or within two hours by text. Your PAC is valid for 30 days. After that, it expires. But don’t worry, you can always request a new one.

If you want to use an old number or your number is no longer active, then your previous provider may allow you to reconnect for a short period of time in order to provide you with your PAC code.

To complete your number transfer to Audacious, all you need to do is call our Help Team on 0330 135 9700, or 150 from your Audacious SIM and give it to a member of our Help Team. We will take care of the rest.

Please note: Transfers only take place on working days. This means that your number will not be transferred at the weekend or on bank holidays.  On the day of the number transfer your old service will stop working. Later the same day, your Audacious SIM will start to receive and make calls with the number you have transferred over.
