Why can’t I log in?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging into your account. If you’ve entered your password incorrectly 3 times, your account may have been locked. To reset your password, simply click the ‘forgot your password?’ button on the log in page.

If you’re still unable to log in, call the Customer Care Team by dialling 150 from your Audacious mobile or dial 01604 266 466 from any other phone. 

Just to let you know: If you’ve recently changed your password, but your browser has stored your previous password, it may be trying to automatically enter it. You may need to clear your cache on your browser to enter the most recent password.
