To keep your current number, simply ask us for your Porting Authorisation Code (PAC).
There are 3 easy ways to do this:
We’ll text your PAC straight away. It’s valid for 30 days. We’ll also let you know if there are any Early Termination Charges. Plus, we’ll send you a link to My Account where you will be able to view any extra information about your contract.
Just to let you know: If there is more than one number connected to your account, you’ll need to give our Customer Care Team a call to request your PAC, rather than request it by text. Just call 150 from your Audacious mobile or dial 01604 266 466 from any other phone.
Once you have given your PAC code to your new provider, it takes just one working day to transfer your number. After that, you’ll no longer receive any bills from us for that number. But bear in mind, if you don’t pass your PAC number to your new provider immediately, your number will not switch, and you’ll continue to be billed by us.
