What should I do if I can't pay my bill?

If you are unable to pay your bill, we’re here to help. The best thing you can do is let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to pay your bill.

You can do this by giving our Help Team a call on 150 from your Audacious mobile or dial 0330 135 9700 from any other phone. They'll be happy to discuss your payment options with you.

If you do not contact us payment from your direct debit will be taken as usual.
