Why is my bill higher than expected?

There are a few reasons why your bill could be higher this month. It could be because: 

  • You’re paying for part of the month you joined, plus the month ahead,
  • You made some extra calls, sent texts or used services that weren’t included in your monthly allowance (like TV voting lines or other premium rate services),
  • You used your phone abroad and our roaming partners have just passed on the details. 

You’ll see any additional charges for the month in the extra charges section of My Account.

What’s more, if you’d like to keep an eye on your spending from month to month, you can log on to My Account and also check your bill balance and allowances, any time you like.
